Smoked Salmon

Our famous hot-smoked salmon is prepared in small batches in our smokehouse. The Pacific Northwest-raised salmon is brined in a salt/sugar brine, smoked with hardwood chips, and then seasoned--it contains no preservatives or artificial smoke flavor. Hama Hama Smoked Salmon is delicious plain, on crackers, or prepared in pasta, quiches, salads, and omelets. Priced and sold by the pound, our smoked salmon does require refrigeration. Enjoy!
